laki91 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

01 Eligibility

To register and use laki91, you must meet the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or older. laki91 is strictly an adult platform and underage use is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from laki91.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration and keep that information up to date throughout your time as a member.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and not be acting under any restrictions that would prevent you from doing so.

laki91 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under 18 will be suspended immediately and any funds held will be reviewed in line with applicable procedures.

02 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate, secondary or linked accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering your laki91 account, you agree to:

• Provide your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address.
• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. laki91 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• Notify laki91 promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility.

laki91 may request identity verification documents at any stage — including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account access being restricted until verification is complete.

Your account balance is held in PKR and reflects all confirmed deposits, winnings, and withdrawals. PKR is the only currency used across laki91 — there are no conversion fees or alternative currency options.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on laki91 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed near-instantly. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. laki91 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but actual transfer times depend on the payment method chosen. Processing timelines for each method are shown in your account before you confirm a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified in the member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• laki91 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving a withdrawal request.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the account cashier at the time of request.
• Any bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to a promotion must be satisfied before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed.

04 Betting Rules

By placing a bet on laki91, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant betting rules for that market. The following general rules apply across all sports and gaming products on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the member after confirmation, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly offered and available for that market at the relevant time.
• laki91 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system faults, match abandonment (subject to market-specific rules), or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — are governed by specific rules displayed within each market. In-play markets close at defined points during a match.
• Football, Esports and other sports markets follow standard industry settlement rules unless otherwise stated within the specific market.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are shown before you confirm a bet.
• Winnings are credited to your PKR account balance after official settlement of the relevant event.

laki91 may limit, restrict or close the account of any member found to be exploiting pricing errors, engaging in arbitrage strategies that abuse the platform's bonus structure, or behaving in any way that constitutes abuse of the betting markets.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

laki91 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to members from time to time. Each promotion carries its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only. Eligibility criteria are defined per promotion and may include account age, deposit history, or geographic location.
• Each bonus or promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible member, per household, per device and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and qualifying bet types are specified in each promotion's terms.
• laki91 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering commitments already in progress are honoured.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported immediately. laki91 reserves the right to reclaim incorrectly credited bonus funds from a member's account.
• Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including through multi-accounting or coordinated betting activity — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

06 Responsible Gaming

laki91 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Betting and gaming should be an enjoyable activity, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. laki91 provides the following tools directly within your account settings to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to manage how much you spend on the platform.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications reminding you how long you have been active in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform if you feel your gambling is becoming difficult to control.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on laki91 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to operate an account on your behalf.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during identity verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches or obvious pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with events offered on laki91.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit on the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, verification procedures or withdrawal restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or laki91 staff through any communication channel.

laki91 cooperates fully with relevant authorities where evidence of illegal activity is identified. If fraud, money laundering or other criminal conduct is suspected, laki91 will freeze the relevant account and take appropriate steps including reporting to the relevant parties.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the laki91 platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, design, graphics, software, text, and data — is the property of laki91 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit any content from the laki91 platform without prior written permission. Scraping, data mining or extracting odds data for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Using the laki91 brand name, logo or any associated trademarks in a way that implies partnership, endorsement or affiliation without explicit permission is not permitted.

09 Limitation of Liability

laki91 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain continuous, reliable service — particularly during high-traffic periods like PSL and major international cricket — we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

• laki91 is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, data feed delays, technical faults or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• laki91 is not responsible for any third-party software, devices or internet connections you use to access the platform.
• In no event will laki91's total liability to a member exceed the net deposits made by that member in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.
• laki91 does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits laki91's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10 Account Termination

You may close your laki91 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified PKR balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

laki91 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the platform's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, laki91 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and extent of the breach.

11 Privacy & Data

laki91 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering on laki91, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with that policy.

Your personal data is used to manage your account, process payments in PKR, conduct identity verification, provide customer support and send relevant communications. laki91 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, correct inaccuracies and, in certain circumstances, request deletion of your data. Requests can be made by contacting laki91 support.

12 Amendments

laki91 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, members will be notified via email or through a notice displayed on the platform. The updated terms will show a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of laki91 following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. laki91 recommends checking this page whenever you notice the "Last Updated" date has changed.
